For starters just walking in is a vibe. Nice decor and quaint environment. The people upfront are super nice and helpful. They even stayed on my phone call with insurance whilst I finished my x-rays. The x-ray tech (Brittany) made the experience fun and not that "boring dentist visit." I was escorted to a room to see the hygienist (Pam) where she examined every single tooth and gum to help create a treatment plan, if required. She was very thorough and provided pro tips. And lastly Dr. Valle,came in the room and provided her expertise with a treatment plan and described in plain words what's going on in and around the gums/teeth. Also explained future home care to help keep a healthy mouth. Definitely will be promoting Modern Dental going forward, to friends and family.
